10 min warm up

Shoulder dislocates with stick
10 x forward
10 x ES

3 x 10 x push ups

3 x 5 x slow tuck through to dip

3 x 5 x paused battle rams (feet elevated in ring)

Above all 90s rests

5 x 5 x L-sit thrusts
60s rests

Poured myself a nice glass of red wine :)

5 x bent arm stands
90s rests

5, 4, 3, 2, 1 ES
2m rests

Stretch then dinner.  Have not left the house all day, but nearly got everything on my to do list done :)
