Stretches

3 x sets of:
– Overhead lying on Swiss ball
– Seated shoulder
– Lying pec stretch (90 degrees then getting higher) ES
– Hands – facing forward
– Hands – back

Used ball under arm

1 set of each:
– Cossack ES
– Lunge ES
– Hamstring ES
– Frog
– Seated twist ES
– Pigeon ES

Messing around in pancake – joint rotations, overhead reaching for toes. I think my obliques are tight as I can feel massive pulling along my side

Lots of foam rolling of legs, especially random knot on outside of thigh. Also hips.
