Quick warm up

3 x 10 x push ups

3 x 10 x L-sit straddle scissors

3 x 3 x slow tuck swings

3 x 7 x legs bent in front, dip, straighten legs, dip so bum on floor between Pbars (1 rep = 2 dips)

4 x BAS

5 x bent arm planche holds

Mostly 60s timed rests
