3 x 5 x Swiss ball pikes with roll out

Stretch rests

3 x supersets
10 x dips
10 x SL windmill ES (6kg, 6kg, 8kg)

3 x supersets
7 x straight bar dips
10 x inverse rows
Wow those dips are hard

Handstand practice maybe 15mins
Mostly on balance
Some up from tuck – way stronger in that position
Just need to nail hollow body and balance now

3 x 2 x wall walks

Quick stretch.

Nice to have a free play session for a change. Back on F1 tomorrow.
