15 minute warm up (body broken)

3 x supersets:

10 x inverse rows
10 x scapular push ups

3 x 6 x ring dips with RTO

3 x 2 x STC

3 x 5 x baby MU

5 x 2 x MU
Slowly slowly getting stronger

3 x 5 x Bulgarian pull ups

3 x 5 x chin ups

Not enough stretching as had to leave. Really need to make a better stretch habit or I will kill my forearms :/


Long walk
