Quick warm up with some bear etc

3 x 20s x hollow body holds

3 x 20s x HS shoulder stretch

3 x 10 x false grip inverse rows

15mins free standing HS practise

Focus on clenching bum = marked improvement huzzah!

3 x 4 x HSPU negatives

3 x 12 x hand lifts

3 x 7 x swiss ball pikes

Long workout that didn’t feel very productive but hey – off to see friends and sit in the garden.
