FF runners routine to stretch


Hand balancing stuff

13min proper FF style stretching for shoulders (not their exercises)

Decent free HS session.

Got a 10 second hold! Video.

Line is terrible so did some holds on the wall really pushing hard.

3 x 2 x single leg crow with assist from band. 

Quite liking that drill
