Lots of FF pancake stuff in between sets

Tuck planche attempt but got no heel to bum compression!

1 x single leg crow ES
25s hollow body hold

4 x 5 x box assisted HSPU

3 x 5 x 16kg Jefferson curls

5 x elbow levers on box

3 x 20 x chest to wall HAS shoulder taps
