10 x scapular HS shrugs

10m HAS kick up practice

3 x 10 x single leg glute bridge w/ leg at 90 degrees. ES

5m tuck up free practice

3 x 10 x single leg glute bridge w/ leg pulled in. ES

3 x 20 x shoulder taps

3 x 20 x Walt Reynolds ES

4 x 3 x L-sit to tuck

3 x 10 x 32kg hip abduction (thigh machine)
