Hi. I'm Fi. Or Fiona. Or, if you really must (and I do mean must), Fi Fi. I'm in my mid-thirties (we'll leave it at that), live in London, England, and train with my own bodyweight, mostly involving myself, a pull up bar and a set of gymnastics rings. I also run, usually on trails, climb, mostly indoors, and sometimes race through mud and over obstacles. I am hampered in some of these endeavours by a genetic form of emphysema (called Alpha 1 Antitrypsin Deficiency), but would give myself 10/10 for effort!
I'm passionate about helping other people achieve their goals, both in their training and their life, and in becoming more confident, more happy and more awesome human beings. Positivity is a way to bring meaning to my existence on this crazy little planet.
